Jeannette D. Genova, Florida Registered Paralegal - Firm Manager

Jeannette is responsible for the smooth operation of the law firm. She assists the attorney with drafting motions and preparing cases for trial. She is the back-up for the Legal Assistant and helps coordinate hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed. Jeannette is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is a Notary in the State of Florida and also a Florida licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.

Catherine Cardenas

Catherine Cardenas serves as a legal assistant at Genova Family Law, where she provides support on a range of family and criminal law matters. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2023 and currently volunteers with the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program, advocating for the best interests of children in the dependency system. Passionate about child welfare and family advocacy, Catherine plans to attend law school and continue her commitment to serving vulnerable communities.

Diana Graudin

Diana Graudin serves as paralegal at Genova Family Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Eastern Washington University and began her career as a developmental preschool teacher and family service advocate for the Head Start program.  Her passion for advocacy led her to the Oregon Department of Human Services, where she worked closely with families to connect them with essential resources and support systems. Diana Graudin draws on her extensive experience offering a compassionate, client-focused approach.
